Is there somewhere a full tutorial by you available on the internet, if I may ask? Otherwise I am a little angry about not having been part of this class you mentioned to see, what this tutorial was like. :]
Nobody mentions the size and dpi of the painting in their tutorials...
What's the size and dpi of the image, and what size is the final image?
I suppose that you scale down the image before you save it as a jpg...
