I'll admit that it looks alot better than the even cheesier design they came up with in the 1992 "revival" of Land Of The Lost" which ran for two seasons on pre-Disney ABC (the one which followed an ENTIRY DIFFERENT family, The Porters, with no explanation whatsoever as to what happened to the Marshalls etc.)

i have a question and i hope i don't bother you with it, Did you use a reference or did you based this designs from actual reptiles? i am not making a critic, it's just that i would like to know what species this look comes from

You know I'm not sure what species. Its probably a lot of different reptiles I referenced. I always take an hour or so to look up interesting photos so that when I start panting it looks grounded in reality. I also use photo textures.

It does show, i would venture a guess and say spinned devils could be your refered reptiles. you have amazing work.
